1. BCoin has no monetary value outside BombCryptoOT

BCoin is a virtual, in-game currency usable only inside BombCryptoOT (shop purchases, in-game features). It has no value, redeemable or otherwise, outside this game server.

2. Withdrawals: only the deposited balance, minus a fee, never guaranteed

BombCryptoOT offers a withdrawal request option for the withdrawable balance only - the portion funded by your own confirmed crypto deposits. BOUND BCoin (free in-game rewards) can never be withdrawn, under any circumstances, at any amount. Withdrawal requests are subject to a fee (currently 15% of the requested amount) retained by BombCryptoOT, are reviewed manually before being sent, are not instant, and are not guaranteed to be approved - we may delay, request verification for, limit, or decline any withdrawal request at our discretion, including to prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues. This feature does not change section 3 below: the original deposit remains, at the time it was made, a non-refundable donation - a withdrawal is a discretionary option we currently choose to offer on top of that, not a right, a financial product, or a promise that the option will continue to exist.

BCoin is not a single cross-chain asset: it is BCOIN (BEP-20) on BNB Smart Chain and BOMB (ERC-20) on Polygon - two separate tokens that only become interchangeable with each other through BombCrypto's own official bridge, which we do not operate on your behalf. Your in-game withdrawable balance does not track which network funded it, so a withdrawal request can only be paid out on a network where our deposit vault currently holds enough real token balance - shown live on the withdrawal page. If you request a network we are short on at that time, we may pay your request on the other network instead of the one you selected, and it is your responsibility to bridge the received tokens yourself afterward if you need them on a specific network. We are not responsible for bridge availability, bridge fees, or any loss arising from a player's own bridging.

3. Character Bazaar: bids and sales are final

The Character Bazaar lets players list a character for auction and bid on others' listings, using your withdrawable balance only - never BOUND BCoin. A listing fee is charged when you list a character and is never refunded, whether or not the character sells. Once a bid is placed, that amount is held from your withdrawable balance until you are outbid (refunded automatically) or the auction ends. An active listing cannot be cancelled by the seller - it runs until its scheduled end time, at which point the highest bid (if any) wins automatically; BombCryptoOT retains a commission (currently 12% of the winning bid) from the sale proceeds. Once a character sells, the ownership transfer is final and irreversible - as with withdrawals, we may review, delay, or cancel a listing at our discretion (for example to prevent fraud or abuse), and this feature is not a permanent guarantee any more than withdrawals are (see section 7).

4. Every deposit is a non-refundable donation

Any cryptocurrency sent through the deposit page is treated, without exception, as a voluntary and non-refundable donation to the server, made in exchange for in-game BCoin points. It is not a purchase of a financial instrument, security, commodity, or investment product of any kind, and it carries no expectation of profit, return, or future value.

5. Player-to-player trading happens outside the platform, at your own risk

Players may choose to trade in-game items, services, or arrangements amongst themselves, including for value outside the game. BombCryptoOT does not operate, control, endorse, mediate, guarantee, or take any responsibility for these arrangements, their fairness, their value, or their outcome. Any such activity is between the players involved, entirely at their own risk. We do not set, promise, or guarantee any price or exchange rate for BCoin or any in-game item.

6. This is an experimental, work-in-progress MMORPG

BombCryptoOT is an independent, evolving project. Donations help fund server operation, and the BCoin system exists in part to test and study how an in-game economy behaves in practice. Features, balancing, prices, and systems can and will change as we learn.

7. We may change or discontinue withdrawals or the Bazaar at any time

We reserve the right to change the economy, the withdrawal system (including its fee, limits, availability, and processing time), the Character Bazaar (including its fee, commission, duration limits, and availability), and any related mechanic at any time, including suspending or discontinuing either entirely. This does not affect the non-refundable nature of past deposits described in section 4 - it only means the discretionary options described in sections 2 and 3 are not permanent guarantees.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that donating to BombCryptoOT complies with the laws that apply to you. By using the deposit page, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted everything on this page.
